If you are not a follower or reader of KevinandAmanda.com you totally should be. And I don't say that because I'm entering a contest there or whatever. I just think that they have good and relevant things to say. And that's pretty major.
But more importantly, I want to point you toward this post that they did a few months ago. If you are a blogger, you need to read this. If for nothing else, to maybe convince you to remove the word verification part of your comment form. That thing makes me cra-zy.
